Apparel Screen Printing
THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER! We screen print on a wide range of apparel types and
styles: Garments for men, women, boys, girls, toddlers and infants. We screen
print on T shirts, tank tops, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, bathing suits,
athletic apparel, Hats and more. Garments made with 100% cotton, 80/20 cotton
poly , 50/50 cotton poly, spandex, lycra and other blends as well. We only use
the finest quality apparel from these manufacturers: American Apparel, Alstyle
Apparel, Next Level Apparel, Cygnus, Independent Trading, Flex Fit, Alternative
Apparel and more. Technically, we print using Pantone matched spot colors, Index
prints with PMS blending, 4 color process inks and Simulated process as well.
Depending upon your artwork, the design specifications and the look you are
trying to achieve, all of the above are potential solutions to your garment
printing needs.

Embroidery
When you want that "Professional" look, there is nothing like embroidery to make

Apparel Re-Labeling and
Fold & Bag Services
Do you need your garments re-labeled and then folded and bagged for a
complete "retail" package? Or maybe you want the manufacturers neck tag removed
and your neck label printed. We can do all of the above and more.

Have an established business but need a new fresh look? Have artwork, but its
not quite what you want? Have a clothing brand and need some new designs? We
will work with you to get your designs ready for print production, and we will
do it at the lowest possible cost.

Art Design and Layout
Minimum specifications are required to achieve good print
results. Please follow the instructions below.
Digital artwork must be submitted in accepted formats only.
- All files must be in either ".ai", "pdf", ."eps", "psd".
- JPG/TIFF/GIF/Bitmap files may not be high enough
resolution to use
- Please call if not sure 951-699-2540
- All fonts must be converted to outlines.
- All colors must be converted to spot colors with
correct Pantone numbers.
- Please submit files with images SIZED for printing.
- Compress large files (over 1 MB) using Stuff-it or
Winzip.
- Send additional .JPG version of file to communicate
color representation if file does not display color the way you want it
printed.
Applications Accepted:
- ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR - our preferred file format.
Create outlines for fonts. Save as .ai
- FREEHAND - Convert text to paths.
- COREL DRAW - Convert text to paths. Save as .AI
file.
- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP - Save with LAYERS as PSD file.
- QUARK - Must include all font files and placed
images.
Placing a scanned image (or an image created in another
program) into an Illustrator file does not make the file a vector image.
Microsoft Word or similar programs may or may not
contain the proper art files that we need for screen printing separations.
